The Bladnoch Inn
The Bladnoch Inn sits at Bladnoch, just south of Wigtown and a short drive from Newton Stewart, close to Scotland's southernmost whisky distillery, which shares the village's name.
It's a village inn rather than a large hotel, useful as a stop on the way toward the Machars peninsula and the southern edge of Galloway Forest Park.
